Reviews and Ratings
My stay at this hotel was surprisingly pleasant. The rooms were spacious and well sound-proofed; I only heard noises when other guests were a bit loud. Booking through Ebates was a breeze, and the confirmation process was reassuring. The service was a mix of experiences, with some staff being unsure but nice overall. The location was spot-on for my needs, close to the university and with great grounds for walks. The dining was a hit and miss, with outstanding cooked-to-order options but slightly overpriced breakfast. Overall, a solid three to four-star experience.
The hotel had clean and reasonably-sized rooms with a king bed and a sleeper couch. The booking process through ebates was confirmed multiple times, but there were issues like being locked out of my room or the room not being serviced properly. The service was very expedient and mostly helpful, especially in getting me my key and breakfast card. The location was fine and kept me in the area I wanted to be, although I experienced indifference from some of the Hilton staff. The dining experience offered buffet options that were reasonably priced. The facility was on Long Island and across the street from the admissions office, making it convenient for campus tours.
My stay at the hotel was mostly positive. The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, with friendly and accommodating staff. However, there were a few issues like a mix-up with the room reservation and one day without room service.
